In this class, you will learn about the right food choices that can help reduce the risk of developing cancer as well as overcome the disease after it has been diagnosed.
Join Cheryl Marshall, certified health coach and food for life instructor with the Physicians committee for responsible medicine, for a fun and empowering class that includes evidence-based nutrition information, practical skills, and cooking demonstrations of simple, inexpensive, and delicious foods shown to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Class will be held on October 23, 2021 from 2 pm to 3 pm at Kee's Cookies & Cupcakes. Our address is 306 Main Street Clayton, DE 19938.
